Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfeeqi, Minister of Youth Affairs in the Kingdom of Bahrain, received Gines Jaime Ricardo D. Gallaga, Ambassador of the Republic of the Philippines to the Kingdom
The minister underscored the deep relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of the Philippines, highlighting the importance of expanding and advancing cooperation across various domains, particularly in youth affairs, through the exchange of expertise and the sharing of successful experiences in both countries.
The meeting also reviewed the outcomes of the Global Network for Youth Competitiveness Support “Hope Network” and the active role played by the Philippines as a member. Discussions highlighted the network’s strategic achievements in empowering youth across member states and its role in providing a platform for exchanging international best practices and youth policies.
For his part, the ambassador expressed pride in the strong bilateral relations between the two countries, affirming his country’s keenness to enhance coordination with the Kingdom in youth-related fields and to further expand the exchange of expertise in support of the aspirations of young people in both nations.
