Hope Network X Brain Bar Event 2026

The Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in collaboration with Brain Bar, is pleased to host the Hope Network event as a flagship gathering on the sidelines of Brain Bar 2026, Europe’s largest festival dedicated to the future. The meeting will bring together members of the Hope Network, government representatives, youth leaders, innovators, and international experts to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and explore innovative approaches to youth empowerment.

This year’s meeting is centered around the theme of community-building, examining how meaningful communities are created and sustained in an increasingly digital world. Through an interactive workshop, participants will explore the essential elements of trust, shared experiences, leadership, and collaboration, while engaging directly with peers from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. The session is designed to create not only dialogue, but a genuine shared experience among participants.

The program also features a high-level discussion with renowned physicist, economist, and author César Hidalgo, focusing on how knowledge becomes collective power and how innovation depends on strong communities, lifelong learning, and human connection. The discussion will examine the future of education, innovation ecosystems, and the role of young people in building resilient societies in the age of artificial intelligence.

Alongside the formal program, participants will enjoy an art showcase, networking opportunities, a guided visit through Budapest’s historic City Park, and an exclusive behind-the-scenes preview of Brain Bar before the festival officially opens. These activities are designed to encourage meaningful connections, cultural exchange, and long-term collaboration among Hope Network members.
