H.E. Ms. Abby Finkenauer serves as the United States Special Envoy for Global Youth Issues, where she focuses on elevating youth voices globally and addressing challenges facing young people. With a background in public service, Finkenauer was previously one of the youngest women elected to the U.S. Congress, where she represented Iowa. As Special Envoy, she promotes policies that empower youth through education, job opportunities, and civic engagement initiatives. Committed to fostering inclusive policies, Finkenauer works closely with international leaders and organizations to ensure young people are included in decision-making processes, advancing sustainable development and youth participation in global affairs.
