Serves as the Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, leading initiatives that strengthen cultural development, information policy, and youth empowerment.
H.E. Mirbek Kemelovich Mambetaliev holds bachelor's and specialist degrees in Economics from Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn. Since beginning his public service in 2003, he has held senior leadership positions across the Presidential Administration, the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda, the Presidential Affairs Office, and other key government institutions. His expertise spans public administration, finance, regional development, governance, and anti-corruption. A State Counselor of the State Civil Service, 3rd Class, he has received national honors recognizing his distinguished contributions to public service.
