Nujoud holds an MSc in Poverty Reduction: Policy and Practice from University of London and brings nearly 30 years’ experience.

Nujoud has 30 years of diverse experience in nonprofit organizations, donor and philanthropic, and private sectors. In the development and philanthropic field, Nujoud’ s experience spans establishing Project Management Departments, designing and implementing projects for the development of local communities, youth capacity building, and local economic and enterprise development. In addition to that, Nujoud has designed projects that target Syrian refugees in Jordan in the areas of capacity building through vocational training and education, in addition to the transfer of knowledge and skills to members of their host communities. Nujoud took the lead in establishing the first two Fab labs in Jordan. She also has hands-on experience in the delivery of technical and vocational education in the private sector. Through her different capacities, Nujoud serves multiple strategy development and steering committees in the areas of microfinance, youth development, volunteering, strategic partnerships, and donor coordination; moreover, she has a strong record in ensuring good governance in addition to establishing and implementing national-level awards. Nujoud is also a mentor and a judge for youth and social entrepreneurs in local and international competitions.
