The Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan is the central governmental body responsible for shaping and implementing national youth policy. Established to strengthen the role of young people in society, the Agency coordinates state programs and initiatives that promote education, employment, entrepreneurship, culture, health, and civic engagement among youth.

The Agency works closely with ministries, public organizations, and international partners to ensure that the voices of young people are heard and their potential is fully realized. Its mission is to create favorable conditions for the comprehensive development of youth, empower their participation in decision-making processes, and foster an environment that supports innovation, leadership, and patriotism.

Through nationwide projects, training programs, and international cooperation, the Youth Affairs Agency plays a key role in equipping the younger generation with the skills and opportunities needed to contribute actively to Uzbekistan’s sustainable development and global competitiveness.

Mr. Alisher Sadullaev

Senator, Director of the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Minister

From 2013 to 2017, he pursued his studies at the Singapore Institute of Management Development in Tashkent, laying the foundation for his professional career in education and youth policy

Shortly thereafter, in 2017, he was appointed Deputy Minister of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he contributed to national education reforms. At the same time (2017–2019), he also led the "RESULT" training center in Tashkent, supporting professional development and capacity-building initiatives. Between 2018 and 2019, he served as the First Deputy Chairman of the Central Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, playing a key role in advancing youth participation in public life. His responsibilities expanded in 2019–2020 when he became the First Deputy Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on youth, science, education, health care, culture, and sports affairs, while also serving as Chairman of the Central Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan. From 2020 to 2022, he was appointed Director of the Youth Affairs Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he focused on developing and implementing youth policies nationwide. Building on this experience, between 2022 and 2024, he served as the First Deputy Minister of Youth Policy and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, while continuing his leadership as Director of the Youth Affairs Agency.
