Polls and Survey Settings

Below is the documentation for setting up the Polls and Survey popup window. Please follow the steps in the given order:


  1. Click on “Site Settings” in the admin dashboard.
  2. Click on “Polls and Survey Settings” Tab.
  3. Fill in the Modal Title.
    • Provide a concise, descriptive title that will be displayed on the popup window.
  4. Fill in the Modal Description.
    • Add brief instructions or information about the poll/survey.
  5. Poll Setting
    1. Toggle Enabled to make the form appear on the front end.
      • Set to “Enabled” if you want the poll to be displayed to site visitors.
      • Set to “Disabled” if you do not want the poll to appear.
    2. Place the Form ID.
      • Enter the unique identifier for the poll form you wish to show.
    3. Type the Button Label.
      • Specify the text you’d like to appear on the poll submission button.
  6. Survey Setting (Same Settings as Poll)
    • The survey setup follows the same steps as the poll: toggle to enable or disable, provide the form ID, and set the button label.

Additional Note

  • Popup Visibility:
    • If both Poll and Survey are disabled, the popup window will not appear on the home page.
    • If one or both are enabled, the popup window will appear on the home page.
